We read every message and usually reply within two working days. If you are reporting a bug, it helps to include your device model, your iOS version and what you were doing when it happened.
My counter reset / my project disappeared. Everything lives on your device only. Restoring an iPhone from an iCloud backup brings your projects back; installing the app on a brand-new device starts empty, because we keep no copy on any server.
I bought a cat / premium and it is not unlocked. Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to the Apple Account that made them.
The Apple Watch counter stops during a session. Keep the app in the foreground on the watch; it holds an extended runtime session for as long as watchOS allows. If it still stops, tell us your watch model and watchOS version.
